"A quick and overdue note to say thanks for an amazing 4 days in the Alps. Although I did nearly die on two occasions I thoroughly enjoyed it. I though the route was really well planned in terms of where the challenging bits were, campsites where great, porridge was excellent, company even better. Fantastic to end up at lake Annecy, was proper idyllic.

"Mike organised a fantastic week of skiing for us. He arranged all our kit for the trip and showed us around one of the local resorts on our first day. He organised a brilliant high mountain guide for the next five days and had some of the best skiing of my life. Mike's knowledge of the resort and local area was very useful. The trip was so much better than your standard package trip and very good value. James"

ion and (even) snow were all really good and we much appreciated your local knowledge and relaxed, easygoing, helpful style. The local ‘foot on the ground’ you provide made the trip somehow more personal and certainly lower effort and It worked out really well for us all; old, young; skiing and non-skiing. "We had a great stay. Having the flexibility of increasing the size of the party was amazing, as a disparate group of random individuals is not the easiest crew to organise! The chalet, with all it's seperate yet integrated rooms was superb, with the wood-burner, the ensuite bathrooms, and the proximity to the slopes only enhancing the vibe. "I was looking to do a back country safety course this year as I managed to scare myself a few times in the back country in previous years! I contacted Traverse Aravis to see what they could offer. They could not of been more helpful organising the course around our holiday plans, sorting out accommodation (that was much better quality than you usually get on a ski trip!) and generally making sure we had a great holiday. The course was great - with only 3 people in the group it meant we had the opportunity to learn and get personal attention. After the course the Traverse Aravis guys let me join them for some free skiing (free of charge) and showed me some of the best off piste in the area, which is some of the best I have experienced. Would highly recommend Traverse Aravis and La Clusaz! Dave and Jo"
